- JRJ ROct 16, 20251.0They make promises they won't keep. George the Superintendent is under qualified for his position and their sales team are liars. The workers who actually build the homes are not supervised and certainly also under qualified. You are buying an inferior product. Buyer beware, hire your own inspector. Expect leaks, overspray paint, noisy plumbing, cracked concrete, chipped fixtures and cabinets in your brand new home. Just buy elsewhere.

- SWS. Brooke WinterNov 13, 20231.0We built our house through richmond a year and a half ago. They were over 6 months late on our closing, and there has been nothing but issues since we closed. Our house was made in a rush and with poor craftsmanship. The repairs for things that have been under warranty take forever or just haven't happened because they have such a high turnover with their staff that things get lost in the process. This is the third company we have built with and is by far the worst experience we have ever had. We have water leaking into our garage with every rain or snow storm, and they are refusing to fix it (a $100 kit would do the job) because it is not a "structural issue." I love my neighbors, and we are surrounded by great people, but I would never give this company my money again.
