The warranty department for Richmond American Homes is unresponsive, untimely, and unprofessional in the way the carry out warranty work. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT PREVIOUS BUYERS WHOSE BANKS AND MONEY HAVE HELPED THE COMMUNITIES COME TO WHAT THEY ARE TODAY. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING THE CHECK. THEY CAN SURE BUILD 3-4 HOUSES IN A TIMELY MANNER NEXT TO YOU AFTER YOU MOVE IN WITH A PROMISED WARRANTY. BUT DON’T EXPECT THEM TO COME FUFILL ANY WARRANTY REPAIRS IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Then the seller stepped away to make sure our lot was released. He came back and said that the price of the home went up an additional 10k. 20k bump from while we were trying to sign. Terrible experience. Greatly disappointed. This is gready practice and highly unreliable. Zero integrity.
