  Pando has been my “go to” plumber for years, reliable, on time, quality work for hot water heater, gas lines for outdoor grills etc. Most recently a water leak came up at 4:00 PM at my rental, they didn’t have anyone close, but a tech was at the house at 7:00AM the next morning, and got the leak fixed quickly. Thanks again Pando, you folks are great.

  Chris was extremely responsive scheduling someone to come out on short notice to look at a leaking stop and waste valve and Jeff, the technician, was very helpful and knowledgeable addressing the issue. I would definitely recommend Pando plumbing any day!

  Great service. They came fast and installed a new water heater quickly (same day), and it was much cheaper than another local place I had provided me a quote. Definitely recommend.

  My hot water heater broke so I needed to talk to someone fast. Pando is Awesome! They answered the phone right away and I got to talk to a human (not some AI tool). Everyone was so nice. They were at my house and had it fixed so quick. I would highly recommend them! Excellent work and professionalism!

  Thank you Pando, THANK YOU! Very kind, professional and cares about people. It is 9 o'clock at night and I called with an issue. They immediately were concerned stopped what they were doing and started helping me. They walked me through steps right away. Gave very very clear instructions AND said call back and we will help you again if something is still wrong. I was blown away at he and his wife's customer service and the immediate response to just help.
