  Great flooring company to work with. They are on top of it and Janet was great! I had my carpet installed within a couple days. Good price too.

  Janet was great to work with. She listened to what I wanted showed me tons of options across a wide price range. She even brought the large sample pieces to my house so I could see it in my space. There was never any pressure and the quote was free. Every step of the way she called to update me or check in on the install. When there was an issue with the third party delivery she was immediately on top of it to get things fixed that same day. Derek, the contractor who installed, was very nice and polite. He did an impeccable job with meticulous precision. I highly recommend Factory Flooring to everyone. The laminate flooring I went with is Monument Waco by TAS Flooring. In the pictures you can see it under both white and yellow light for reference. I haven't moved in yet, so can't attest to the durability of the flooring, but it looks amazing.
