- MMMarilynOct 15, 20253.0We really appreciated the communication and the personal interest they showed us at Factory Flooring when we went in to pick out our flooring. The thing we did not like was how long it took them to finish the job right. We expected the hard flooring and carpet all to be completed within one week, but because they didn’t have enough of the carpet in stock and they had to order more in, it took over 7 weeks. Thus, some of our furniture wasn’t able to be moved back in from our garage for that long. Also, they’ve had to come back to correct some issues we’ve had with the way the carpet was laid—seams showing and/or fraying. We are still waiting for some of these issues to be corrected. This has been very frustrating for us.

She was extremely attentive, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire design, order, payment and installation process. She provided constant communication updates on our project. We also had our basement shower tile installed by a tile subcontractor contracted through Factory Flooring Design Center. The final shower outcome is very professional. The LVP flooring subcontractor/installer, Derek did an excellent job leveling our subfloor & installing a large square footage of LVP as well as our new LVP stair treads & risers. He was very detailed and took great pride in his work. It was so convenient to coordinate both trade subcontractors directly through Janet.

They provided above and beyond service and our carpet is fantastic. Will definitely be using them for hardwoods as well!!!
