We were up against a tight timeline and the manager, Robert took great care of us. Robert stayed late so I could make it down to their showroom after work when it would be just at their closing time. Robert found an exact match to what I had found at a big box store but with better quality, better price and better installation date. He went above and beyond to take measurements and give recommendations. The communication and service is unmatched and I will be using them again along with recommending them to everyone I know! We were able to meet the deadline and with a better product. I cannot say enough good things about Robert, the company and his whole team. Cost U Less is very lucky to have such dedicated and caring people to represent them so well!
- JJJonathanMar 23, 20244.0I was disappointed with Cost U Less flooring carpet installers. They didn't speak English, I wasn't able to communicate in an effective way. Damages included: chipped tile, gouged walls, transmissions to tile unfinished, wires severed for in-wall speakers, stair treads lumpy. The installation team lacked integrity and didn't respect my property, didn't bring to my attention the damages they caused. Cost U Less said they would come back and make it right, but the same installers are not welcome in my home anymore. Update, Alan, the store manager came out to assess, he had Cody come the following week and correct the installation problems, the painter corrected the wall and baseboards. Thanks for making things right.
