- SBSteve BeyersMar 27, 20265.0Our new garage door came in with the wrong dimensions. Rather than cast blame,.Peyton and his manager got together and found a way to resolve the issue. In order to make our door work until the new & correct door comes in, Peyton worked miracles! He installed the new motor, tracks, and accessories, and then got the incorrect door to fit close enough to work for us until the correct door arrives. He then went thru all the material & information to ensure we knew how to operate the new door. Many thanks to A Plus for the way they operate, and a huge shout-out to Peyton... an excellent employee!

After I had ordered, I did get a quote on the same door and installation for $500 cheaper. But I did appreciate their service. The guy who installed it was great as well. My only other complaint is that I gave multiple people my tenant’s information to call them when the technician is on the way, but that information never got to the technician. I was able to relay that to the tenant, but sometimes I can’t relay it.
