I never had a chance to do business with Bio Clean but i had spoke with Blake about some issues i was having in my home. He knew i may not use his services but still went out of his way to answer my questions and make sure i was aware of what i was dealing with. Genuine responses and thankful to have spoken. 5 stars for being down to earth and helping others.

Daryl reviewed the results of a mold test we had conducted by another company and then did a physical inspection of our property. He was responsive, thorough, and professional. Other than a couple of minor spots where he gave specific advice for cleaning up, he did not find we had a serious mold problem. He did not propose extensive repairs/remediation when not needed.

We had a leak from our sink that ran down into our basement below. Daryl came out about an hour after I called and did a very thorough inspection! He showed me what he was doing and explained everything so that I would understand his concerns. He was kind, professional, and very competent. I felt very confident in his abilities and knowledge. I've had other restoration companies come out at other times and was worried they even knew as much as I did! Not so with Bio Clean...I trusted their work and was very pleased!

Why Is Mold Growing In My Home?
Molds are part of the natural environment. Outdoors, molds play a part in nature by breaking down dead organic matter such as fallen leaves and dead trees, but indoors, mold growth should be avoided. Molds reproduce by means of tiny spores; the spores are invisible to the naked eye and float through outdoor and indoor air. Mold may begin growing indoors when mold spores land on surfaces that are wet. There are many types of mold, and all of them require damp conditions to grow.
Is Mold Dangerous To Humans?
Molds produce allergens, which can cause reactions in people who are allergic to molds such as sneezing, runny nose, red eyes, and skin rash. For people who have asthma, mold can also cause asthma attacks. Some molds produce mycotoxins. There are poisonous substances that can cause health effects in humans. Mold exposure is unhealthy. Mold should be properly cleaned up when found in any indoor environment.
How Quickly Does Mold Grow?
Mold requires several conditions to grow. It needs food, moisture, and the right temperature. Once these are met, spores may germinate after 12 hours and can start to grow within 24 to 48 hours. How quickly molds colonize depends on what kind of mold it is. This is why it is essential to act immediately in the event of water damage.
How Can You Prevent Mold From Spreading During Removal?
To take care of a mold problem, you must remove the mold and mold spores. You must also fix the water problem. When removing mold, it is important to prevent spores from spreading to unaffected areas. To do this, the remediator will set up containment to block vents, doors, and any other openings through which spores could reach clean areas. Negative pressurization is established in the contained area.
Can employees of my business clean up biohazardous scenes themselves?
Employees must be trained according to OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogen Standards before handling biohazardous materials, including having PPE, vaccination info, and proper waste disposal methods provided by the business.
Can regular janitorial services handle biohazardous waste cleanup?
Only if they comply with OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogen Standard. You are ultimately responsible for choosing a compliant service to clean biohazardous waste.
Why is mold growing inside my home?

Mold can produce allergens causing sneezing, red eyes, or skin rash. It may trigger asthma attacks and some molds produce mycotoxins which can be poisonous. Mold should be properly removed from indoor environments.
How fast does mold grow after water damage?
Mold spores may germinate after 12 hours and begin growth within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the mold type, so immediate action after water damage is essential.
