- JNJed NorwoodAug 24, 20221.0Very disappointed. I rented a 49 foot towable lift. It worked fine. What bothered me was it required a different ball hitch setup and they did not have one that I could rent. So I had to leave and go find one. That took about an hour of my time. Then they did not have a plug adapter for the trailer lights, so I had to get to purchase one of those as well. That took about 30 minutes of my time. Then I got to the job site and hour and a half behind schedule, only to find the liftvwas missing the level. So I had to go find one which took another thirty minutes. . This put me behind the rest of the day. And because of it I was unable to finish in the time I had alloted and ended up having to get a hotel room which added to my costs. And time away from family. . Not happy.
