How did you know I moved? I have never heard of you in my whole life, I’ve never been to your store and never expressed any interest in your store whatsoever. How did you get my information in the first place and how did you know we recently moved? Either this is just a very poor marketing tactic or “Creepy Joe Biden” style data mining. Either way, sending me that was a sure fire way to persuade me NOT to ever do business with you. What other spying have you been doing on complete strangers?

I was honest in my desire to install the flooring myself and I received nothing but support and guidance on what and what not to do. This is the first time I have done a project like this and Kelton and Kali have been patient and helpful with all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend, and I look forward to working with them in the future! Sidenote: I set up a financial plan in the main building and the people there were also super nice and helpful. :)
