I got a really creepy letter from them in the mail starting with “we see that you have moved”… and then offered me a $50 gift card towards a purchase. How did you know I moved? I have never heard of you in my whole life, I’ve never been to your store and never expressed any interest in your store whatsoever. How did you get my information in the first place and how did you know we recently moved? Either this is just a very poor marketing tactic or “Creepy Joe Biden” style data mining. Either way, sending me that was a sure fire way to persuade me NOT to ever do business with you. What other spying have you been doing on complete strangers?

Interaction started out great but that didn’t last long. The people were pretty knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to make a sell. We ordered about 2000 sq ft of carpet and hard flooring for most of our house.
Hard Flooring: we installed the hard flooring ourselves, however it did not go smoothly. We took everything they had in stock and they ordered the rest to be shipped to the store so we could get started. We installed the first batch and it looked pretty good but then when we finally got the second batch they were not compatible with what we already had on our floor. It took a few weeks for them to finally get the right stuff but they shorted us a few boxes. Just getting the right product took weeks longer than it should have and was a real pain to deal with.
They sold us on the scratch proof floors that would supposedly last a long time with the amount of wear and tear our floors encounter on a regular basis. However, within the first two weeks the floors had already been scratched very visibly in countless locations around the house and we were very disappointed.
Carpet: they were supposed to install the carpet but it took them forever to get here. (I think their van rolled and they were having issues, which is totally understandable and I’m not rating them bad for that.) However, the actual carpet installation was HORRENDOUS!! Especially our stairs. Most of the corners have loose pieces of carpet just sticking out and showing all the plastic on the bottom. They scratched our walls up really bad and didn’t leave straight lines on the sides. There are countless places where there is just lose carpet that didn’t get tucked in or nailed down. It’s VERY disappointing. I have never done carpet installation in my life and I honestly think I could have done a better job.
On a more positive note, the actual process of installing the flooring was very simple and easy to do and in the beginning it looked fantastic. The carpet was pretty good quality and looked really good where it was installed correctly.

My wife and I ordered new carpet a few months ago and paid in full. We had the full intention of having the job done on the Tuesday during our spring break. Our interaction started amazingly as Kali was very warm and friendly. She helped us pick carpet and was very knowledgeable.
We were called and basically told the installer could come one day early as they had double booked. Not having another option we agreed. That was Monday April 15. Today April 23rd the job is still not finished. There were some mistakes on calculations leading to ordering more carpet which was not express shipped here. Humans make mistakes and things happen.
The carpet installed thus far looks amazing and we would like to see it finished. The installer was very professional and did an amazing job on the areas finished.
My biggest frustration is having a scheduling department who does not really care to keep us informed. Multiple missed appointments where we were at home waiting for nothing. As I am writing my Son's room is supposed to have his carpet laid starting at 4pm and nearly two hours later there is still no installer. Instead there is a scheduler who seems curt and is very aware of my dissatisfaction informing my wife snarkily over the phone she is aware of the dissatisfaction.
There is another mistake with our carpet and we do not know when to expect the carpet to arrive. We are exceedingly frustrated by the situation.
As a customer I expect more communication and more professional behavior from the scheduling. Unfortunately we do not have an estimated date of when the job will be finished as we are waiting on a shipment of carpet and unsure if the scheduler will book the installer properly.

Update: The carpet came through and the extra piece ordered was made into rugs for our home. We appreciate the quality of the product. I am giving it 3 stars as the installation and sales were 5 stars and the scheduling was 1 star.
