  Kyler and Semisi were my furnace installation technicians. They were so friendly and informative. They went above and beyond their regular duties, even installed a carbon monoxide unit for me. I recommend highly this Company and their employees to deal with your furnace and air conditioning issues!

  Alma was very nice and very knowledgeable on my Noritz tankless water heater. He had a little trouble diagnosing a recirculation problem but immediately reached out to the manufacturer, who finally said the control board was at fault. They sent a replacement board and Alma installed it. I'll be a customer for the future too.

  All Did an Excellent job Rocky Nick and Sisieum (my spelling is not right ,sorry . All 3 were fantastic, they explained everything, very efficient , knowledgeable, nice personalities would highly recommend all 3 of them .each one had their own specialty, new water heater install , new air conditioner install, HVAC system installed! No mess was left, everthing was cleaned up .A big job but done right ! Beyond my expectations. Also Marty did great with a quick response coming to see what would be good for our home and work the best Hire them now 😊😊😊

  From start to finish, our experience with Blue Best was exceptional. Their team was prompt, professional yet personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made the entire process of replacing our old HVAC system simple and stress free. Initially, Scott came out to perform a basic furnace tune-up. Unfortunately, he determined that our very old, 25+ year system was no longer safe to keep running. Scott provided undeniable evidence, explained our options clearly, offered honest recommendations, and never pressured us. His knowledge and professionalism gave us total confidence in the choice to replace our whole HVAC system. Then came the “dreaded” salesman, Marty. He was surprisingly amazing! He took the time to explain every option in clear, honest terms, breaking down the differences in systems, efficiency ratings, and long term savings in a way that made sense. There was never any pressure, and we felt that he was genuinely committed to helping us find the best solution, not just the most expensive one. Marty answered my questions, provided clear and transparent pricing with no surprises, and happily gave us lots of discounts and perks! Marty is the only salesman I’ve met who can make you feel good about spending a ton of money! Then came installation day. Honestly, I did not interact with Kyler very much because he worked outside. But he did a great job with the exterior installation. Rocky worked inside and he made a great impression on me. What really stood out was his attention to detail— he worked on and checked the entire system, made sure everything was calibrated correctly, and he even did the extra work to get our water heater up to code, which was not even part of our agreement. THEN Rocky went way above and beyond when he climbed up on our roof to fix a wind turbine that had recently blown over! Who does that? I have nothing but positive things to say about Blue Best. They all worked together like a well-oiled machine. As promised, we received our rebates within a couple of weeks. The inspection passed with flying colors. The Heat Pump system and Smart Thermostat that were installed are wonderful. We no longer battle with the extreme temperature shifts in the house. And I absolutely love that the company is 100% women owned. It really comes across in the caliber of employees and service they have provided. We’ll definitely call them again for future maintenance or repairs. Very highly recommend!

  Blue Best is THE best. Roger, Casey, Rocky and Nick are true professionals. A residential generator requires a custom/tailored/unique installation, but they made it seem straightforward. They worked together seamlessly and accomplished all facets of a custom 20 kW Briggs & Stratton generator in less than six hours - including testing, demo, and Q&A. And Marty’s initial assessment and bid was spot on. Blue Best installed all of our HVAC and now our home generator, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work (at a competitive price, too).
