Each time we chose Blue best based not only their pricing but their transparency and customer service. On the latest project, Riley found extensive damage to our furnace that a tech from another company the day before completely missed. He took the time to explain everything and walk us through his findings. Marty was the sales rep that came to our house. Over all I felt like he was honest about their products and his recommendations without trying to upsell to much. I will say it was hard to get a word in when I had questions at times though. Semisi was the installer of our new furnace. He showed up on time and was courteous throughout the installation, explaining anything I had questions about and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly installed and looking great. He cleaned up everything very well before leaving. I would highly recommend using Blue Best. They are honest, have fair pricing, and do a great job!

While he was here I asked for a quick look at our tankless and he cleaned the air filter while explaining how it was due for service for descaling. Also verified our fluctuating water temperature was due to really high pressure, our house pressure reducing valve had failed. Today he returned to install new faucets and a new valve. Installation was fast and he walked me through checks of his work and documentation. He left the work area spotless. Alma is a really good dude and I will give him the courtesy of being our first call for any future plumbing needs.

The three technicians that installed most of the system, Kyler, Nick, and Kyle, were very professional to work with and took the time to walk through the project and make sure everything was discussed and understood what we wanted before starting the work. I cannot recommend these guys enough to work with and am very impressed with the pricing, quality of work, and customer service Blue Best provides. If you’re looking for quotes do yourself a favor and have them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I got 5 quotes from local HVAC companies. Blue Best wasnt quite the cheapest, but they were willing to work with me to get various rebates which made them close enough to the bottom bidder that I decided to go with them. They absolutely blew me away with their professionalism and expertise- truly going above and beyond. Last year I had DIYed and water heater install and Rocky, the technician, noticed I had a small code violation and took the time to fix it up for me, (totally unrelated to the furnace he was getting paid to install). They got me hooked up and found solutions for getting the equipment installed in a really pain in the ass crawl space area. Positive and professional very step of the way. Getting a brand new furnace and air conditioner/heat pump installed all in one go is expensive no matter who you choose- these guys made me feel like I got my moneys worth.

I ask a lot of questions because I want to know what to expect from my 10-12 year old furnace. He answered my questions and I feel I can make Informed decisions in the future.
