  Hayden did an exceptional job, did the work quickly, was easy to work with, used high-quality parts, and did it all for very competitive pricing. We could not be more happy with his work! He even cleaned up some water drip stains under the sink, which was completely out of his way and unnecessary, but makes our space look so much better. This was truly five star work.

  We had a water heater implode and leak into our finished basement for the second time in 6 years. Even though our water heater was still under warranty, we decided to switch to a tankless water heater and find a new plumber. I was so glad we called Bert’s. Usually the installation for a tankless water heater is an all day thing so most plumbers weren’t able to fit us in for a while. But we told Bert’s about our situation and they figured out a way to send two plumbers to fix it that same day. They even charged us less than their estimate because they finished faster than anticipated. They seem to have more experience installing tankless water heaters than other plumbers we called which was reassuring. The person who answers the phone is so knowledgeable and helpful, which is a lifesaver when making a big decision quickly.

  Professional service from the initial phone call in through the entirety of the service. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs. If only they did HVAC too! Definitely one of the experiences I’ve had with a company that services my home.
