  I am extremely unimpressed with the lack of professionalism, knowledge, integrity and respect, let alone blatant miscommunication and misdiagnosis of a small leak from a tube by the water heater. I was never told there would be a charge for the estimate. I called 2 other companies for estimates (free) because the young employee from Walter seemed inexperienced and my instincts were right. The technician from Brent’s was very efficient and knowledgeable and after thorough testing, with verbal and written explanations, he diagnosed that the expansion tank needed to be replaced. Brents solved the issue within 2 days. The communication was clear and written down on site. The person from Walter did not even notice or look at the expansion tank! He said the pressure valve was the problem, and possibly an entire water heater (way more expensive than the actual repair required) Nothing was explained in writing or by phone prior at any point. The problem was not correctly investigated or diagnosed. Walter is the only company I’ve ever dealt with that did not give free estimates, and did not provide professional customer service. When I called to explain my experience, the Walter plumbing supervisor was not even interested in listening to me. It seems to me, Walter Plumbing does not care about customer service, only about making money. When I called to express my concerns, I was treated with disrespect, as well as an uncaring, argumentative attitude. In the future I will be calling Brent’s Plumbing, NOT Walter plumbing for any plumbing problems that might occur.

  Show up look at problem said they forgot something and will be back then called saying they aren't going to do anything till mess is cleaned up and can't clean it up till problem is fix will never use them again

  The service here is always great. The two young men that came were polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything and were very helpful. I’m going to schedule service yearly for now on.

  Quinn was great, he made the process of replacing our water heater much easier. If we have any future issues with plumbing or heating, we will definitely use Walter Plumbing & Heating again.

  The answering service was very rude. And not sensitive to the urgency of the plumbing problem. Since this is the plumber that the landlord uses on a regular basis, she felt the need to defend her rudeness to the landlord and turned it around on us. She basically told us it couldn't be anything they did when they were the ones who worked on the main plumbing line a few weeks ago. Meanwhile, the water was running out of the main line onto the garage floor, out to the street. There was just no sense of urgency. Padding their bill perhaps?
