  The wonderful techno toon was so polite and friendly. He took care of our concerns and scheduled the wórk to be done next week. His mom must be dry proud of him Mr sparky is the company to go to got all electric needs.

  Jacob Craft one of the nicest and patient tech i have the pleasure of knowing and that speaks volume because im from va and if they quoted me a time frame that mister sparky gave me i wouldve know not to wait because if by 9am he wasnt here i knew they werent coming now i must say jacob did come a little late i believe like around 1130am not sure but i was texted by the receptionist before the time frame ended and explained that my tech was gonna be late due to a emergency which i get who am i to say no to money but when came he went straight to work and quickly found the problem gave me a temp solution to bring back power took pictures of parts number and told us he would text us a quote when they find the parts required so i thank mr jacob craft for his valuable experiance i cant wait to see him back again.
