No they did not- within a week no one answers their phones- come to find out they declared bankruptcy-change their name slightly so they aren’t responsible for past jobs- Same people-same family-running the place- So you go ahead and have your windows replaced by these shysters and with in months you will be wishing you had your old windows back when you can’t see out of your new ones that you paid thousands of dollars for from the mold in-between the panes of glass- But it’s not window worlds fault… it’s your fault- That’s what they told me- So… BUYER BEWARE If I were home right now I would take pictures and show every one of those windows that “weren’t their fault” and you can see for yourself - hopefully I can come back and leave photos- It was Just like someone coming to your home and stealing from you… for how much I paid… these people should be charged with a felony- in any other situation they would be
