No one wants to spend this kind of money. Having an hard pressure salesman makes it worse. As far as the service so far, top shelf all the way. Our inspector was friendly and professional. Michael Cornecelli gave us all the information we needed and answered our questions. No hard sell, no pressure, just good conversation about wants, needs and building a plan. I appreciated the respect and information provided by Michael. Now we are looking forward to the work getting done! Thank you.

We worked with Blake for our evaluation, he was thorough and took plenty of pictures of the various issues we had not seen in our crawlspace. He explained the recommendations and options we had available as well as what was optional for our case. I appreciated the honesty and guidance in picking a good plan for our crawlspace.
The crew that showed up, Gage, Dylan and Christian, did a great job, I asked then a lot of questions along the way and they were more than happy to explain everything and address every question I had. I crawled around the space after to really get a good look and I am very happy with the work completed.
All around a very professional process from start to finish, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking

I started in July for a $12,000 sump pump installed garage to prevent water coming in. All in it was quoted as $12,000 job. When did the sump pump and went to bury drain pipe, was told they needed a ditch witch that would cost additional $2500. Of course then you are stuck and have to do it. Then it rained hard and water came in garage. They came back and said because I didn’t have a vapor barrier so another $780. It also made the drain pipe come above the ground. Kept postponing time they were to show up to fix it. It is now end of September and it isn’t done yet. Excuse after excuse and cost increase after increase. This company doesn’t answer phone calls never calls back and could care less once they get your money. Do not use them

Michael Cornecelli came to inspect our crawl space in Point Pleasant WV. He arrived promptly and prepared to view the area we were concerned about. After he throughly examined our crawl space and provided detailed information on how it could be repaired and restored Michael showed us a digital picture of what it would look like. He was professional and personable about every detail of the job to be done. Also answered all our questions giving us great confidence in what was going to be done. I highly recommend him and encourage you to give him a call for all your basement or crawl space needs.

We hired them to do some foundation repair for us. Sales process was straightforward and clear, they provided all the details and answered all of our questions. The pricing came in under what a competitor quoted us and we chose to move forward. Work was scheduled about 6 weeks in advance, scheduled for 2-3 days beginning to end. The team that arrived was friendly, professional and communicative. Day 1 was great, but as they neared the end a machine was broken down and they said they’d need a new one and come back the next day. No worries- it happens. It seemed to carry on for weeks though and on several occasions we received a, “100% we will be there” message that was simply enough to placate us for a while. We had some hiccups in the process and we were rescheduled multiple times and communication sort of broke down. I ultimately sent an email contacting any and all management I could find- my first official “let me speak to the manager” email. It was a bit stressful, but it did get results. I immediately heard from the GM and the field supervisor. Communication got back on track and they were able to get the work done for us. The process was a bit of a headache, but in the end they did a nice job on the repairs and we had much clearer communication moving forward. All in all I would recommend them to others, but with a heads up that you need to be very clear about expectations and timelines. I am relieved it’s been done and feel confident that the corner of our home that was having issues will be secure and take comfort in the warranty of the work that’s been done.
