For someone who has not used a plumber before, the pricing should be communicated with the customer. I find this practice to be unprofessional. I gave them 2 stars because I bare some of the responsibility for not asking the cost of everything at every turn. Two plumbers were sent. One was $95.00 per hour and the "apprentice" was $55.00 per hour. 6 hours later, 40% mark up on toilet, bath faucet etc ..... $1,543.54. This work is priced at the highest end of the industry standard. It may have been just a lesson learned but, the workmanship itself was not professionally executed.
