- CWChad WynkoopJul 10, 20261.0Love the community and my home but dealing with the warranty for issues that have arise post construction is a hassle. Contractor don’t show up and days are wasted for a simple fix. Both construction managers Todd and Sebastian are unless. They have no clue what needs done and will close out the work orders even though work has not been completed just to satisfy there paperwork trail. Be prepared to fight tooth and nail to get things warranties and waste countless days on scheduling them. Plan for 3-4 visits for each item. Absolutely no respect for homeowners.
