  We recently had a safety inspection of our home and some electrical issues checked by Jaydon with Mr. Sparky and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Jaydon was thorough in his work and explained things clearly. He was fast and effective at identifying our issues and prompting solutions. He truly cared about leaving us satisfied with answers and options to our problems. I would highly recommend Jaydon with Mr. Sparky for anyone needing electrical work done with professionalism and respect for their home.

  Jaydon Craft came to my house with a smile and so courteous. He check everything out and found the problem. Very pleasant and organized. Nice young man. He knew what he was talking about. I liked him. He showed me the prices and broke it all down for me. I would recommend him and Mr Sparky for a job anytime. Thank you Jaydon for a job well done. 😊👏👏👏

  Jaydon did an excellent job of checking everything and giving our estimate for our garage heater and some upgrades . He was very good at explaining everything and every option we had. He went above and beyond to help us with this estimate. We are looking forward to our install. Thanks again.

  New to WV & purchased house needed generator electrical hookups & multiple ceiling fan replacements…..We were extremely reluctant to call on Mr Sparky…. Being seniors… we can be very Skeptical as we hadn’t heard too many positive things about Mr. Sparky, including exorbitant fees Well, old dogs can learn new tricks! Jaydon.. The electrical man they sent…. Tirelessly went through all our options… Put up with our little yappy dog 👍😀 First of all, he’s extremely polite, generous with his time and thorough, explanations, even when he had to repeat them several times… He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient.. We never knew how far they went to guarantee their work, and contact the right people for permits, etc…. Can’t speak highly enough about how they really put their reputation on the line, especially with their guarantees…. That being said the estimate we got seems extremely fair and reasonable… They can even extend a payment plan that is extremely fair and reasonable also….including a no interest 12 month plan… If you’ve ever had hesitation calling on Sparky, just do it and in particular ask for Jadon Seriously, you’ll be very glad you did Maxi

  Tyler came out to the house to fix a light fixture, and I assumed it would take a few hours at least, but he got the problem fixed in like half an hour, AND they even gave me an extra bulb they had in their car because I only had one bulb! They showed up exactly on time, and I had even been offered earlier time slots. I feel greatly appreciated as a customer, and Tyler did a fabulous job! I can’t wait to have them back. They are consummate professionals and are very kind. It was like visiting with buddies! Thanks, y’all! I really appreciate you!
