  Excellent service from scheduling through the office and making clear the time frame for Kaylan’s arrival. He was polite, helpful, thorough and carefully explained everything he was estimating. He made a very good safety check of all the electrical system and fully explained the three options and why the various things were necessary. Was careful about not tracking dirt into the house. Give him a raise and extra vacation time! This was not actually electrical work during this visit but estimating for options.

  Jaydin has been absolutely wonderful. He is a true blessing to your company. In this world today we don't see many nice and considerate young men. But you truly have one in Jaydin. My mom is 87 and after he left she talked about inviting him for dinner one day 😆 🤣...thankyou for not only sending a nice and respectful young man but also one that knows his job and we (her children) now know she is safe staying in her home!

  We were impressed with the timeliness of the technicians, their neatness of dress and thier courteousy. That presentef themselves as professonals. They represent "Me Sparkey" well. They did their job efficiently. They worked together as a team. They were very complementary of the company for which they worked. They answered our question and gave post instructions when needed. They left the worksite clean. They tested their work to assure us that the job was completed according to code and working. We were quite pleased with their performance.

  I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Sparky and Mohamed. After an electric issue that needed what I thought immediate attention , I called Mr. Sparky for assistance. Mohamed was dispatched and arrived right on time. He didn’t stop until he found the problem, which was complicated. He was very helpful and explained what he was going to do step by step. Very mannerly and meticulous in his work. I have no hesitation about calling Me. Sparky, should I need service again

  I interacted with DJ, Mohamed and Jacob. All were professional and friendly! They were able to accomplish both the initial estimate as well as the installation & repairs in a very timely manner, getting us on the schedule quickly and coming prepared by completing everything in a single day once the work was approved. I'm sure some other folks here know what it's been like to try to find good help when it comes to contractors, etc. Getting people to show up period, much less on time and with a good attitude and doing what they said they would do, can be an exercise in frustration. Mr. Sparky showed up on time and completed all of the work that was agreed upon, making sure we were happy with everything before they left and before we paid anything. I would definitely recommend and will use them again if/when needed.
