  had a problem with a dripping faucet and had these very good gentlemen come over and check the faucet. They found out that there was a part that was gunked up. A little later , part was removed, and the dripping quieted down. Will be getting ready to have the gentlemen come over and change a garbage disposal, and maybe also a showerhead . But I have to get the items first .

  We called them for a quote on a repair with our electrical box and were told it was a $95 service fee, and while this alone is high because there are other companies that do free estimates, we agreed to pay this so no real complaint. When the tech came out, he immediately started saying we probably needed a new full service install before even looking at the box. After he does his inspection, (less than 15 minutes for this, btw) he told us a new full service is needed and would be 5 grand minimum. We declined and then he charged us an hour of labor on top of the service fee even though no repairs or replacements happened. We had a second electrician perform a free estimate and quoted us $280 for the repair. Afterwards, I called and was refunded and told we shouldn't have been charged the hour labor. If not for the refund this would have been the fastest 1 star review I could leave. They were understanding, so 3 star is where I'm at because I can't imagine we are the first people this has happened to who maybe didn't call and complain. Always question your bills.

  Dillon and Willian were great in identifying the problem with my kitchen sink and 2 bathroom sinks. They instituted the correction for each immediately. They were very professional and personable which was greatly appreciated. I look forward to seeing them again when all will be resolved.
