  Josh was excellent in servicing my two heating systems today. He made some adjustments based on my feedback of the systems performance. He explained everything he did and was very pleasant. People like Josh make Montani Mechanical my number one choice.

  My father had some work done at his house. They had to dig up the concrete and they replaced the sewage line under my father‘s driveway. Once the work was done. They did not replace the concrete that they tore up, even though we were advised at the time of the estimate that it was included and they charged us $20,000 to fix it and then seven months later the same sewage line started leaking again. We called you guys to get the repair fixed hoping you guys would be a company and honor the line of work that you did. When the technician came out, you all told us that it was not the line that you all had replaced and that it was a different section of the same line and wanted to charge us another $14,000 to get it fixed The bad experience this is why you guys are getting a one star rating

  BUYER BEWARE! I am saddened that I have to leave this review. When I had someone out to give my mother a quote on a new system the tech never called when on his way and when he came out he seemed distracted which was fine. WHAT WAS NOT FINE WAS WHEN HE WENT TO HIS CAR TO GET OUR PRICING HE NEVER CAME BACK. WHEN I WENT TO THE CAR HE WAS PASSED OUT! IT TOOK US OVER 30 MINUTES TO GET HIM OUT OF OUR DRIVEWAY. I DIDNR WANT TO JUDGE BUT IT DEFINITELY SEEMED LIKE HE WAS ON SOMETHING. I AM HORRIFED AND WILL NEVER BE CALLING AGAIN.

  We have been having issues with our commercial oven at our church for several years. It has been "fixed" several times, but it wasn't really "repaired. and working correctly ". Because we are on a time crunch and needed the ovens to work, I called in a new repair company, Saunders Appliance Repair (who were also wonderful) and had them diagnose the issue. Because the issue was possibly in the gas safety valve and not the oven, They said we needed the safety box repaired before they could work on the stove. I called and made an appointment for Montani Mechanical to look at it, as we weren't sure if it was a gas issue or electrical issue. I called Monday, explained the situation and they sent out 2 repair gentlemen Tues morning to cover both the electrical side and the gas side. They did a fantastic job of repairing everything! I would highly recommend them and their service. I really appreciate when the person taking the call listens to the issue and confirms that repair folks being sent out are capable of actually doing the repair needed. Montani Mechanical fit that requirement. Highly skilled and easy to work with.

  After discovering we had an obvious leak in our home (apparent by our high water bill) I called Montani Mechanical Group. They were here the next day……. within the first hour of the 4 hour window estimated. I especially appreciated the “heads-up” text with the technicians names and pictures! Thank you Jeremy and Jared!!! They were able to find the leak within 5-10 minutes and I had a VERY reasonable estimate within 20 minutes to fix everything. They left to get the part and were back before they said they would be. They were both very very professional, answered all my questions, and fixed the problem with no mess at all. Thank you for making what could have been a scary problem a very smooth experience!!!! We will be recommending you and holding on to your number (hopefully never to need again!!). Shoutout to the woman who made my appointment and answered my nervous questions also!! We appreciate you all!!
