  I had decided to ride my bike to work one day and got a flat tire on the way. My choice was either to pick up my bike and run to work or stop in the closest shop and ask for help. Starkeys was that shop and not only did they help me pump up my tire, but when that didn’t work and my tire went flat again, they loaded me and my bike into the company van and drove me the rest of the way to work. They’re great people with amazing integrity, if I ever need a water softener they’re the first people I’d go to.

  I purchased a water filtration system from Starkey and was told they would deliver us salt bags and that never happened but one time unless we called a couple of times so we had to go over to their office and get the salt. Now, we have a powdered substance coming out of our faucets and refrigerator water. The substance is tough to get off and we called and Starkey tested the water and said it was soft so they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked them to come out and take a look at the system and they said they were really busy right now. Didn’t say anything about charging me. Then they call back about four days later and say that the water is testing soft there’s nothing to do. You can just wipe that substance off and if you want any other testing or anything done, we would have to pay. We bought the system so our water would be good and it’s terrible and Starkey is a terrible company to work with. If you’re planning on buying something from them I would think again and look at other water treatment companies.

  Beautiful people. Honest. Told us how to fix our issues with our water. Call them. They are a wonderful company.
