  I have been a customer for many years. Recently a technician came to my house for routine maintenance. I had no issues prior to his arrival but after my refrigerant levels were potentially low. I was told to keep an eye on it and reach out on Mon/Tues if I noticed the system not keeping up. I called on Monday and was told they would reach out to me first thing Tues morning. I had to call two more times before finally getting a call back at 11:30 am. The technician then did not offer me help but told me to “adjust the damper.” I am not an HVaC technician and this is the serivce I pay for. My experience as a customer with this company has gone down hill over the past 2-3 years

  We had a fantastic experience with Brian Hunley. We were notified by text that he would be arriving along with a picture of him which we found very helpful. The best part of his visit was that he thoroughly walked us through the features of our new smart thermostat. He made a potentially confusing piece of equipment incredibly easy to understand. We had tried to use the manual that came with our new furnace but just couldn’t figure it out. Because of his patience and clear instruction we are now able to comfortably use our new system. Thank you Brian for going the extra mile.!!

  My hot water heater had a leaking hot water pipe. The technician cut out the leaking section and replaced it with a new red pipe and metal fitting. The leak is fixed, and the job was done quickly and professionally. I’m very satisfied with Advanced HVAC. They are professional, friendly, and actually listen to their customers. Highly recommend!

  Estimate was done in a timely manner and the project was scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived on-time and completed the project, also in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable. I really couldn't have asked for more.

  Two thumbs up for Advanced HVAC. Prior to their merger with Advanced HVAC, we used Hunley Heating because they did quality work while providing personalized care. When our 42-year-old gas furnace broke down in March, we received that same type of service from Advanced HVAC. Brian Hunley made a great effort to explain options for our house, help things work financially, and quickly address any questions and concerns. The installation team, duct-cleaning team, and others were courteous and thorough, and cleaned up after themselves well. Also, it helped to have someone return to walk us through the features/options of the our HVAC system. It is much too soon to fully evaluate our HVAC system but, so far, we are pleased with how smoothly the new Carrier system operates and the more even temperature distribution throughout our house. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ADVANCED HVAC TO OTHERS.
