We recently had our roof replaced by Platinum Contracting using Owens Corning Duration shingles, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. Working with this team was an absolute pleasure. Our sales representative, Ryan, was knowledgeable, transparent, and patient, guiding us through every detail of the process without any high-pressure tactics. The owner, A. Maines, clearly runs a first-class operation; his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction. The installation crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and completed the roof replacement with incredible craftsmanship.   We are thrilled with the three beautiful new roofing projects recently completed by Platinum Contracting, Framing, and Roofing of Milton, WV. We were so impressed with the work performed on our commercial roof, we contracted with them to replace the roof on our own home, and another house as well. We could not be happier with the results. It is very important to me to have a warranty on all major purchases, but especially something as important as a roof. Fortunately, Platinum Contracting granted a warranty on both workmanship and materials on all three jobs. They installed Class 3 impact resistant performance shingles on both residential properties and installed steel on the commercial one. I was sent both before and after photos of the steel roof that was replaced on the commercial building and the results are most impressive. I couldn’t believe the difference that it made! On the morning of the residential installations, the crew shows up bright and early, and gets right to work. My yard quickly becomes a beehive of activity, but here is what didn’t happen: No horseplay. No foul language. No goofing off. (I know that this can be an issue from researching other roofing companies.) The only thing I hear are the sounds of hard work emanating from my rooftop and rafters. Upon finishing, they clean up the yard in no time flat. They even had a guy dusting off my back deck with a leaf blower; I didn’t expect that. (I daresay they probably left it in better shape than when they found it. Truly, a “Leave No Trace” situation.) The process was repeated at my other house, so both houses are now sporting beautiful new roofs. We have also mowed the lawns at both houses several times, and neither mowing turned up any stray nails or screws or other debris. I highly recommend this company. I find the owner, Mr. Maines, to be courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. Calls are promptly returned, and all questions are answered. We are so pleased with the results that we have already requested an estimate on siding for one of the houses and would welcome the opportunity to work with him again on other projects as well. We could not have asked for a better experience.
