  I rarely write reviews this long, but this company has earned every word. After a tree severely damaged my home, I needed someone I could trust to navigate not only the repairs, but also the endless meetings, inspections, and conversations with my insurance company. From day one, Jade Roofing and Construction (Ryan) has handled every aspect of the process with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. He has attended meetings with adjusters, answered countless questions, and has consistently advocated for my best interests. I truly don't know what I would have done without him. His integrity has also been evident in the way he runs his business. When faced with a difficult personnel issue, he chose to do the right thing rather than the easy thing. That says a great deal about the standards he expects from the people who represent his company, and it's one of the many reasons I trust him completely. He is also helping my daughter navigate problems caused by a previous contractor, and he's approached that situation with the same honesty, patience, and professionalism. Over the course of this project, he has become more than just my contractor—he has become a trusted friend. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who is skilled, dependable, responsive, and, above all, a person of integrity. Five stars aren't enough.

  We had them replace a section of roof from storm damage. Shane is very quick, responsive, and honest. It was a breeze working with this company. Very professional. Will definitely use them for any other repairs or projects.

  We had a great experience with Jade and couldn’t be happier with the work they did replacing our roof. Ryan was excellent throughout the entire process and kept us informed with clear, consistent communication from start to finish. His team was professional, respectful, and did a great job completing the work. They paid attention to detail and, just as importantly, did an excellent job cleaning up when the project was finished. Our property was left looking great, with no mess left behind. We highly recommend Ryan and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofing company. Great communication, quality work, and a professional crew made the entire process easy and stress-free!

  Ryan, Shane and the whole Jade team were great to work with, and were polite, professional, and prompt. I found the work quality to be excellent and at a solid price. Jade Roofing staff had timely and clear communication throughout the process of replacing our roof.

  Wonderful process working with Chase. My roof was damaged during a terrible storm and I wasn’t even thinking about replacing it. He knocked on my door and offered a free inspection, which was very nice. He was very thorough and detailed in his outline of what was wrong. From there all I had to do was contact my homeowners insurance and he was able to get me a brand new roof! Highly recommend.
