  Smelled a burning rubber through my vents last night with no air flow. Shut the system off changed the filter did not fix the problem. Filled the online appointment out at 1100 last night and at 9am Matthew arrived confirmed blower motor was fried checked if it was under warranty without me having any idea that was a possibility. Unfortunately it was not and he replaced my blower motor checked the rest of the system and was on his way in an hour tops. Highly recommend them. This is the second time using them and both times they were there within 12 hours of making appointment.

  We had an excellent experience with Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating. From start to finish, they were highly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The technicians explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and left the area spotless when they were done. Their customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. They even followed up with me during the winter to make sure the equipment was working properly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional HVAC service.

  Total professional organization. No upscale pressure techniques here. I have complete confidence in their service each time they come out for regular maintenance service. It has extended the life of my heat pump. The new tech, Prestin, was personable and very knowledgeable of the products he was servicing. He is an asset to the company.

  Have been in my home just shy of 11 years. I did have issues with my A/C unit within the first year. Needed a new condenser! Then my heater unit coils started burning and had I not been home, my new home probably would have burned down! I needed a new unit and the builders paid for it. However, Shenandoah A/C, Heat was very cooperative and pleasant. I am in a plan where both units are checked bi/ yearly. As a matter of fact they were here today. Kudos to Greg the technician who usually shows up. I always request him due to his kindness and honesty! The staff is assists pleasant, cooperative and understanding. I don't know how they compare to other companies but I like the friendliness. ☺️

  I don't usually take the time to write a review. Afterall, my experience may be different from what yours might be. With that said, I am pretty confident that my new system install was not unique. It started the day before with a call from Misty who walked me through the process. She couldn't have been more patient and answered all my questions. She said the installation crew would be at my house the next morning between 8:00 and 9:00 and assured me the process would be pretty easy. Boy was she right! Jorden and Matt showed up on time (8:00 AM) with smiles on their faces. Not only did they do an amazing job, but I never saw them stop working. They were both friendly and courteous and respectful of my property. They were approachable and easy to talk to. Jorden and Matt were also very considerate of my pain in the butt dogs! Well, one of the dogs is annoying. He's a 35 lbs Rat Terrier Dachshund mix who doesn't bite but is territorial and a non-stop barker. They finished before they said they would and made sure the system ran flawlessly. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Misty, Jorden and Matt. I highly and happily recommend them and Shenandoah A/C & Heating!
