  Excellent service from customer service provided from the time I called in to Ms Shanon . I was reassured on safety with avsilable tracking and who my Technician was. She also promptly called after completion of repair servoces by Technician Shane. Shane was was very professional, knowledgeable , punctual , patient, helpful and thorough in every aspect. He answered all my queries and I was very impressed and satisfued with the explanation and recommendations pre and post repair services provided. I will surely use them again to have my other garage door serviced in the very near future.I would have given 6 stars if I could especially for congeniality to both of them. Thank you .

  As a homeowner, you occasionally run into a service provider who exceeds your expectations so much that you wish they offered more services so you could just keep working with them. That's Door Serv Pro. I had the pleasure of James performing our garage door service. Naturally, the garage door opener started working as soon as he arrived, despite being broken for two years. Not only did James diagnose the likely issue, but he also gave us all the options we needed to make an informed decision, along with tips and suggestions for our garage and the siding that will protect our investments in the future. Anyway, a few hours later we had a brand new garage door opener and all the previous issue seals and functionality were resolved. We're super happy with the results!

  Five stars to the company for its responsiveness and to technician Chris Cook for first inspecting our broken door and then preparing quotes to fix vs. replace it. We elected to get a new door given the age of the old (nearly 30 years), and Chris put together a temporary fix so the door could be used before the new door was delivered. The new door came in sooner than expected, and Chris did a great job installing it. Highly recommend!
