  I can't say enough great things about Cody and Door Serve Pro! We had a garage door emergency on a Saturday night — completely after hours — and the situation was pretty alarming. Our door had come completely off the track and was hanging freely with virtually no support. The only things keeping it from coming down entirely were a single roller on one side, the spring cable on the other, and the connection to the garage door opener. That was it. Cody showed up promptly, was completely professional from the moment he arrived, and tackled what could have been a dangerous situation with real care and precision. He didn't rush it, he did it right. I HIGHLY recommend Door Serve Pro and won't hesitate to call them again for anything garage-related. Knowing there's someone you can count on after hours, on a weekend, for an emergency like this — that's priceless.

He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the available products and options. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, helping us understand the pros and cons of each choice. His friendly demeanor made the whole process enjoyable, and I appreciated his patience in answering all our questions.   I had to reschedule, the office was very accommodating, understanding, and worked in a new date quickly. I received confirmation messages and a message about who is showing up to my property. Shane Morrison was amazing! He explained everything, he made sure I understood the process, what the issue was, and costs upfront. He got repairs completed in a timely fashion and went above and beyond with customer service. This was an excellent company to work with! Thank you, Shane for getting my garage door repaired and working again!

  Our garage door spring snapped at 8 PM and these guys had us back up and running by 10 PM that same night. The dispatch crew handled our after-hours emergency request with professionalism, and our technician was fantastic. Jacob claims he can perform this repair with his eyes closed, and I think I believe him. He explained all my options without any pressure. He provided up-front pricing. He did the job quickly, then showed me how to lubricate the hinges to keep this thing operating smoothly for years to come. I hope I don't need to call them again for 10 years, but if I can manage to hold on to his business card for that long, they'll be my go-to the next time around.

  I could not be happier with this experience! James did an incredible job with the installation of a new garage door opener. He clearly explained my options, had a great communication skills and was very friendly and courteous. My new opener is so much better than the old one, the price was very reasonable and I feel the quality is top notch. I also want to commend the employees who answered the telephone and took care of the scheduling, they did a great job as well. The appointments were confirmed by a human calling ahead of time and there was also a text message letting me know that the tech was on his way. I was also impressed that I was informed via text and phone call an hour before the 4 to 7 pm window that James was going to come in the later part window (6 pm), and they checked to make sure that was okay with me! Absolute top notch customer service across the board. I highly recommend this company.
