I inquired to get two springs replaced on my garage door and received a call the same day. However, they refused to give me even a ballpark estimate. I will not be using them.

I've been so busy I haven't had a moment to leave this review! *2.5 year old 😂* I just wanted to say that this place is awesome! We had a little incident with my husband and the garage door.....🙄😑😂 Anyway! I called, the lady I spoke with was so nice and understanding! I have never called a garage place before so I was all over the place and she kept me sane! Thank you! We got scheduled and Shane came next day, which was perfect! I hadn't realized I had scheduled an appointment I had to be at shortly after he arrived. He was able to look over everything and chat for a minute without being rushed and let me run! We took care of payment over the phone and everything was prefect! He finished fixing my door before I was even 15 minutes away 😂😂 Thank you so much Shane! You're the best!

We've had a great experience with Door Serv Pro. They've been one of the best contractors I've dealt with so far. Their prices were fair and they spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and going over all of my options. I never once felt pressured into being upsold and was told they could work with my existing door if that's what I wanted. We opted to install a new door instead of trying to work with our very old wooden one, and the installers, Cody and Ryne, were great! They were right on time and installed everything well. After the install they went over maintenance and warranties and gave me great advice as to what to look out for and when I would want future service. Overall I would highly recommend them!

Cody and Gauge were exceptional in all areas of my garage door repair: they visited very shortly after my call, performed a thorough inspection, and described my options in detail, including an itemized estimate. I realized just how good they were after I contacted other companies and was underwhelmed by their poor response! When Cody & Gauge performed the repair, I was so impressed that I contracted with them on the spot for maintenance of my other garage door!

Professional and friendly service. Jared was top notch in installing our new garage door and then ensuring we knew everything about how to use and maintain everything. From initial quote to the final install we had excellent service. Behind the scenes customer service for scheduling and checking in on satisfaction was exceptional. No steps were missed throughout their process. Would highly recommend this company!
