  Showed up early and got it done! Was quick, professional, and carful! Down to running a magnet through my yard for loose nails! Would recommend !

  Edited to add that they were very apologetic and tried to make things right. Ben went out of his way to apologize to me and my husband for the large delay. We hired design roofing for a new roof and new siding after a hail storm. We had our roof done in Jan (which took almost two weeks because they just didn’t come back for a week in the middle of the job) and it’s now August and they still have not done our siding. First they said it was a back order on the color we chose. Now since June they have said it’s coming in and they’ll get us on the schedule for “next week” and then we don’t hear from them for another month. Terrible communication. Terrible follow through. Do not recommend.

  My wife and I were in need of a metal roof repair. We looked around at several different roofing companies to get some estimates. Design was the first one that we set up an appointment with. Lambros, Designs sales manager, showed up to give the estimate and discuss other options. I was at work at the time but he was extremely professional at explaining things to my wife. He looked at the roof and went upstairs into the attic to assess our situation. He was very patient, not only with any questions my wife had, but also in allowing her the time to call me so that the 3 of us could discuss the options available to us. He never tried to sell us a particular product but instead let us know the pros and cons of whichever decision we would make and ultimately we decided on an entire new shingle roof. He kept in contact throughout the entire process of coming up with our estimate to ensure that we were happy with the product and color we chose. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help his customers should very much be recognized. Design made a great choice by adding him to their team of professionals. On the day of the roof installation the crew arrived at first light and got to work promptly. I work evening shift and wasn't able to move some plants and other items in our flower beds out of the way but they made sure they were placed away from the house and were undamaged during the roof installation. I walked outside a few times just to watch and everyone on the crew was very friendly and waved. They worked fast but extremely efficiently and I could tell they were experts at their craft. The job site was kept free of any trash or debris. They made sure no nails or screws were left behind in the grass or the driveway. And to my surprise, although they didn't have to, they moved every item from the flower beds back to their spots. Top notch work by all the guys that showed up today! We can't thank the entire team at Design enough for the wonderful job they did on getting us our new roof. Our home looks 100x better and we will definitely be recommending Design to any family or friends that may need a roof in the future.

  We had hail damage from a storm we had & used Design Roofing for our Roof & our Siding. They did a excellent job on both & are so nice to work with & so helpful. We are truly blessed to have them in Hurricane. We would definitely use them again.
