  We held off on writing this review because we wanted to give our new Window World windows some time to prove—or disprove—their quality. Well, they have proven themselves, and we could not be happier with this purchase. The difference was noticeable **the very first day**. After the one-day installation, we noticed a major improvement in the afternoon temperature inside our house. That first evening, our AC unit shut off around **8:00 PM instead of running until around 2:00 AM as it normally had.** That was an amazing turnaround and immediately showed us what replacing our old windows had accomplished. Our project started with **Scott Smarr**, who measured all **16 windows and our sliding glass door**. Scott was good—very good. Once the new windows arrived and were installed, it became obvious that his measurements were spot on. That was a great first step in the process. Then came the installation. **Randoll Santana and Haysmel** knocked out the entire job in one day. Randoll, the bossman, and Haysmel worked together like a well-oiled team. You could immediately tell this wasn't their first set of windows. I spent my career working with people in jobs where quality, teamwork, and doing things right mattered. Seldom have I come across a pair of guys who worked the way I expected people on my own crews to work. These two impressed me. **Very impressed.** And the windows themselves? We love them. The quality has been excellent. We have experienced **no water leaks and no wind leaks**, and the appearance of the windows still makes us stop and say, *"Wow, we are so glad we got these windows. They look awesome!"* The entire project was painless. The objective was met, the workmanship was outstanding, and the finished product has been everything we hoped for. And one final thing that deserves mentioning: **Randoll and Haysmel cleaned up everything.** There was no construction debris left inside or outside. The windows and windowsills were cleaned, with no fingerprints left behind. When they drove away, the only evidence they had been there was our beautiful new windows. Thank you, Scott, Randoll, and Haysmel for a quality job from beginning to end. If this were a five-star scale, **I'd give the Window World windows, installation, and overall experience 10 stars.** We are extremely happy we made this investment.

  Randoll Santana crew installed 4 customer replacement windows in our home! Randoll and his team were very professional and courteous. The install was quick but thorough and the area around the install was cleaned before they left. He even washed the windows after install! Time to save up to have them redo some more of our windows a little at a time! You won’t regret choosing Window World for your next install!
