  After trying several HVAC companies in NCWV, Bombardier Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is hands-down the best. They are consistently honest, professional, punctual, and highly skilled. If you need reliable heating and cooling repairs, I couldn't recommend them more.

  We contacted for estimate on furnace and air conditioner. Took 3 phone calls. Finally a return call was made asking if we were STILL INTERESTED? Why have we called them 3 times, if not interested? Women told us they had had other jobs and now free. Asked why someone couldn’t have call for us to place on calendar, even if was a month out? Same excuse given, no apology, Asked why no-one followed-up after 3 phone calls? Again, same excuse, no apology offered. One more time I requested clarification, the women HUNG-UP on me. I was not rude with her, I just asked her a question. She was not rude, but behaved as if my question(s) was irrelevant and did not attempt to apologize for the delay. UNACCEPTABLE/POOR customer service skills. They were recommended by a friend. However, because of her poor skills they have lost our business. A furnace/air conditioner unit, we believe would have been a nice amount of revenue for them. We do not recommend this company. If first contact comes across poorly, if says a lot about the type of follow-up of service which may occur. When a business shows you who they are, believe them!

  We converted to tankless recently and Bombardiere did a great job. They were polite, clean, and quick. The setup looks good and they did it at a fair price too.
