    My AC unit was not blowing cold air. I called and scheduled them to come out. Melissa asked me to describe what it was doing and if I had pictures of the capacitor to send them. She spoke to Roger there and they called me back and told me that was the problem. My daughter's boyfriend changed the capacitor and it fixed my problem. Both Melissa and Roger went above and beyond to help me. They also saved me a lot of money. I have used them prior to this. I highly recommend this business. What a blessing they truly are.

    I’ve relied on Kanawha Valley Maintenance for multiple jobs at two different homes, and they have always been prompt, polite, professional, and reasonably priced. This time, our furnace stopped working after installation of a new thermostat. On a 21 degree day, I’m extremely grateful for their rapid response. KVM was here within 2-3 hours of my call and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within about 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
