  I am really happy with my experience with Johnson Boiler Works. This is the first time using them and it was for plumbing. I had an emergency clog/leak coming from my bathtub on Sunday, and they are one of the few places I found who has an emergency line. They came immediately. The fix was unfortunately a bigger job than expected. Over the course of the last few days, there have been several plumbers from JBW at my home including a supervisor. He was on site several times to check on things. They were all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They came on time, everytime... which is a rarity these days. Lastly, they did an excellent job minimizing the amount of damage to my ceiling by taking their time when finding the leak. I will be very likely to call them again if I should have another unfortunate plumbing event.

  JBW has been nothing but very supportive and incredibly knowledgeable in everything they help us with at my company. I can't recommend them enough. Dave is extremely helpful as well as every person that works for them. Thank you for being so helpful.

  Here is the intersection of Compassion & Community! Johnson Boiler Works is truly the Keystone Establishment of North Benwood. You don't always realize how fate can come crashing down in the worst of times. That is precisely when they stepped up for me, on no less than three occasions to date. On Christmas Eve, gripped in the coldest airmass as of lately...-6°F -25°F windchill...is when my 30 year old furnace decided to make life difficult for a spell. All hands, and team effort assured me of the part in my hand in less than 2 hours. I had the part installed before the temperature got below freezing. The furnace now runs like a top. I tip my hat to Norm, the real catalyst of the works. And I always wave a big hand whenever I pass by the Keystone!
