  Horrible experience — read Yelp reviews and beware of padded hours and unrealistic billing that they refuse to explain. I asked several times how many hours had accrued during the first visit and the tech ignored the question, saying “it wasn’t much” and “it won’t take much longer to fix, it’ll be quick and easy,” only to later receive a bill for 2–3× more hours than the verified time spent on site, including drive time of maybe 5–7 minutes to the unit. On the second visit, they returned with the replacement part and completed the repair without any notice, call, or communication before or after the work was done. When I questioned the billing, the owner became argumentative instead of addressing the discrepancies and claimed “everyone uses ChatGPT and internet searches.” I was sent repeated invoices and lengthy emails even after paying what I believe was a fair amount based on actual verified time on site (including some drive time and additional time). I’m clearly not the only one who’s had this experience based on other reviews. Instead of resolving concerns professionally, the approach felt like strong-arming and threats of legal action over disputed billing. I’m more than willing to resolve things properly if needed.

  Prompt, same day service. We couldn't believe it, the same day, for a non- emergency. Explained what they did as they were working. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
