  David C. Done a real good job on servicing my heat pump unit, Its very old unit, he also explained some things I wasn't aware of, about it. I asked if he could be the one to keep coming back, I really think he's a people person & very courtesy & friendly ,

  Colton was very knowledgeable and helpful! He also showed up early and was very quick on his feet. Most places take forever to show up and drag the job out to nickel and dime you. I’ll definitely be calling again if I ever need something else worked on!

  Said they could do a few plumbing jobs, then once here, they backed out of my smaller jobs to only complete the bigger job. Was only here about 2 1/2 hrs and it was over 1200 and to beat that I was trying to push for them to complete the jobs, they made up stuff they said they were going to need so I offered to run 30 mins down the rd to the local hardware store to pick up said pieces and Then they said what they asked for was different but I got what they asked for, spent like 200 at the hard ware store and all that time running after parts, then once I hired someone else who looked at the job these pieces were completely wrong. And to add to the professional experience he tells me to call him to come back on the weekend, he could personally do this small job cheaper than the company. I won’t be calling this cell number he left.

  I have a rental unit with a clogged tub drain I had Childers come out for. The problem was identified, a quote for $3,200 was accepted for the work, and unfortunately, they did not do all that was on the work order and quoted another $2,200 for a drain line from the tub to the main line to be replaced. I had 12 calls trying to reach someone to find out what was needed and why it wasn't fixed, only to not hear back from anyone ever. I paid the $3,200 just because I didn't have time to fight it, and called Finney's Plumbing and they fixed the entire issue for $900. I have made every attempt to correct this with Childers. This is the first negative review I've ever left for any company. They will not return my calls at all. I discourage using their plumbing side. Maybe the HVAC is better, but I highly discourage going to them for anything.
