  Josh was very professional and polite. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly along with information and estimate of work needed. Josh also scheduled annual maintenance for my generac. Awesome service .

  Technician was thorough in evaluating and servicing our two heat pumps. We greatly appreciated her diligence in completing the job during a lengthy, monstrous rain storm! She was also thorough in her detailed explanations of the condition of our units. Glad we took advantage of Childers’ service package to keep our units in good working order!! Thank you!!

  My labor warranty expired on the day my central air went out. Was not able to call Childers til the next day. They honored the warranty so I was not out of pocket any money. Great company and great tech.Forgot his name but very nice and knowledgeable young man. I would definitely recommend Childers.

  Frank and his crew were amazing, they are all very polite and knowledgeable. We are going to be adding additional work to the house and are requesting that Frank and his crew return. We are very particular, especially with trust, it took roughly 3 years to find such quality, thank you all for everything you did.

  I got HAVC 2 yrs ago from Childers. They had to come last summer due to the thermostat. On July 2,2026 my air was blowing but not cool air. I called July 3,& got “The Answering Service” explained the Situation. I was told call back Monday Morning BUT maybe they can come that day Friday. I was due to go out of town for the day is there a time frame. I was told No, it cld be Late Friday evening. I said can I make an app for Monday? I was told call back Today Monday & I did @ 8 am and again “ The Answering Service” the took my info and said the wld pass it along. Called again @ 10.30. I called again and I got The Answering Service Again I asked to speak to someone in the office, I was told the office isn’t all the way Open yet but I’ll pass your info along.. who knows when I’m gonna get a call or when they can come out!!! & @ 10:30 why isn’t the Office Open Yet?? Not happy Childers DO BETTER!!!!!! UPDATE: @ 2:30 I finally spoke to someone in the office. Now they can’t get anyone here for 2 weeks! UNREAL 🤬🤬🤬🤬
