  I called a different company to clear my main line and three days later. It was still clogged .. Josh and Alex came out and had it fixed in a couple of hours. They were professional and cleaned up afterwards! I appreciate their efforts!

  John and his crew went above and beyond on our plumbing issue at the church in Huntington they stayed till they got the problem fixed were professional didnt break or make a mess and the bill we got was extremely fair thanks again you have earned my and our church bussiness for drain issues

  Poor communication, the left my house a mess, they don’t wear shoe covers, they didn’t solve my problem and now there is a hole in my wall. I had them out for my bath tub backing up. There equipment broke during the initial attempt, they advise they would either have another crew come try or have them bring more equipment today. They left and didn’t tell me anything, I had call the main office for an update later that day who told me they would be out tomorrow. They came back the next day and found I have a “unique” plumbing set up called a drum trap. They decided that was the issue, came back the next day and replaced it by cutting a hole in my wall…NOT ONLY WAS THE CLOG NOT CLEARED BUT THEY LEFT MY HOUSE A MESS, they did not clean up after themselves. At the time, they charged me even though they did not check to see if my bath tub was backing up they only checked my downstairs sink which was not having an issue prior to this back. I immediately left my house because I didn’t feel comfortable bringing my kids home in the mess they left. When I checked the bath tub the next day it still was not draining, I called them back they said they were going to have to dig up my lines and it would be $1200 a day and probably take 2 days. They then canceled on me 2 days in a row due to a personal issue with the tech which I am now so thankful for. I asked for a refund because they did not fix my problem which the owner agree to. I had another plumber come out. Found the issue and installed a part and I was back up and running for $350. Now there is a hole in my wall that I am pretty sure was not necessary for them to cut. I now have a $1200 repair job that I feel I do not owe. I asked for a refund and the owner is admit that it was necessary regardless of what finally cleared the clog when I pointed out that their was another drain pipe in the closet where the tech was which is where the other problem went to finally clear out the problem, he said something along the lines of we are all humans and we can make mistakes/are imperfect. With how inexperienced this tech seemed to be, how big of a mess they left, not wearing shoe covers, not solving my issues and not cleaning up at all after themselves I would never use their service again.

  Josh & Alex came today and opened the main line. They did a great job. I like them because they don’t was time. They get the job! I have used them before, and will definitely use them again.

  I called to schedule a service and I specifically asked if they serviced my area (many places don’t so that was my #1 question). They said yes they did and someone would be out the following day between 9-12 (today). By 12:45 today I called them back because they were a no-show. They were apologetic and took my contact info and said they would call with an update. Hearing nothing, I call back around 4 and they took my contact info again and said they would call me back. Hearing nothing again, I call back at 5 and the woman (the same woman I spoke too at 4) said they don’t service my area and whoever booked me never should have done it. She provided no other options or solutions other than “sorry we just don’t do that”. Which obviously isn’t right because when I spoke to her an hour earlier she was eager to help me find out where the plumber was. Crappy communication. Waste of my time. Who knows…they might actually do good work if you can get them to show up.
