  Our soft water conditioner was installed this week. Terrific service! Levi came to see us, right on time, at 9:30 AM. We were ready for him with all our questions; we did research beforehand. We began with a tour of the house and Levi gave us his presentation. Levi had good information for us. We were at decision time. We choose to go ahead. I asked when they could start. I suggested they start tomorrow. Levi said he had a conditioner in his truck; he could do it now. WOW! The water was shut off and 20 minutes later the water was back on for the rest of the house. Levi continued working on the install. By 1:30 pm, the install was complete. Just paperwork now. Levi was fantastic. I occasionally watched him and asked some questions about why something was done a specific way. He explained. He told me what levels the salt should be in the tank. I also asked about their salt delivery services. We are very satisfied with how professional and competent Levi was. We would recommend Levi to anyone.

  I highly recommend Maxwell White. My iron filter malfuctioned on a Sunday. Maxwell White's online service scheduler was easy to use, I was able to book a service for Monday AM. Our plumber Bennett was able to explain repair options and referenced previous service history to find a solution to fit our needs.
