  Joe and Pete came out to install a new bathroom faucet for me. Due to the design of the bathroom sink and counter it was a difficult space to work in. They made it look easy! I was very pleased with the job they did, but even more so with the friendly, courteous and expert service they provided. I have used Maxwell White for all my plumbing needs and have never been disappointed. Joe and Pete continue to provide that same great service. Thank you guys!

  Maxwell-White made an unfortunate situation easy to correct. Greg came out and did a very thorough inspection. he then explained things very clearly and gave us all of our options to discuss. He answered our questions very professionally and wass able to put complicated issues in easy ways to understand. i would highly recommend Maxwell-White for any plumbing needs!

  After leaving message the night before, we received replacement of our failed water heater the following morning (also replaced aged water softener before that also failed). Jaymeson is always thorough and answers all your questions, while providing good advice going forward. Really frustrated with the declining lifespan of appliances like these, but at least I can rely on quick servicing.

  I contracted with Maxwell-White to replace the water and sewer lines from my 100+ year old house to the village water and sewer mains. It was an extensive project and the team coordinated all of the sub contractors involved in the project. Maxwell-White team members who worked directly on the project included Alex, Jack, Brock and Peter. They kept me informed on their progress and walked me through any issues that came up. I am glad I chose a company with the resources to handle a project of this size.

  I can’t recommend Joe enough. It’s rare to meet someone as hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate as he is. At only 21 years old, his professionalism and expertise are truly impressive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, identified the exact problem, and provided the right solution without trying to upsell or cut corners. Joe’s attention to detail, honesty, and work ethic really stood out. On top of being an excellent plumber, he’s one of the nicest and most respectful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Maxwell-White is fortunate to have someone like Joe on their team.
