- BLBrian LarsonAug 27, 20265.0Rented a mini x and trailer today. All equipment was great. I was ran through a quick refresher on the machine which was perfect. Small hiccup on getting an after hours lock but as I showed up an employee was leaving work for the night. I should have grabbed his name (drives a black truck) Even though he was done for the day and was already in his vehicle he helped me out and got me a lock and helped get the trailer off my truck. I appreciate the 10 star help. I will go out of my way to rent from Equipment Rentals in the future.
- DSDavid SchneiderAug 24, 20265.0Rented 37hp track stump grinder. Staff was quick and professional. Equipment worked well. Have more projects coming up that require some machinery, will definitely repeat!
- FRFranz RigertJul 13, 20265.0Excellent service! I rented a boom lift for two days and had some trouble operating it. Craig made an additional trip to my house to sort out the problem. They were courteous, professional and flexible. Definitely will use Equipment rentals in West Bend again!
