- BLBrian Larson3 days ago5.0Rented a mini x and trailer today. All equipment was great. I was ran through a quick refresher on the machine which was perfect. Small hiccup on getting an after hours lock but as I showed up an employee was leaving work for the night. I should have grabbed his name (drives a black truck) Even though he was done for the day and was already in his vehicle he helped me out and got me a lock and helped get the trailer off my truck. I appreciate the 10 star help. I will go out of my way to rent from Equipment Rentals in the future.

- FRFranz RigertJul 13, 20265.0Excellent service! I rented a boom lift for two days and had some trouble operating it. Craig made an additional trip to my house to sort out the problem. They were courteous, professional and flexible. Definitely will use Equipment rentals in West Bend again!
- BJb jMay 30, 20265.0I must say I had a great experience went there for their large stump grinder and trailer since I didn't have one large enough. Was set up with chains, tie downs, everything I needed and I had the wrong trailer hitch and you know what they even set me up with that. I'm fabulous piece of equipment. Their track stump grinder took care of 150-year-old maple tree with almost a 4 and 3/4-ft stump in no time at all and I took the rental for the entire day but the staff credited me for the half day rental. I thought that was over the top. Nobody tried to rip me off and of course I brought the piece of equipment back as clean as I received it full of fuel and I can't wait to keep on doing business with this group. Great new owners and they really have a train. Staff friendly, courteous and explained everything to me. Absolutely five star service
