  Matt is a knowledgeable guy, and he spent time explaining several options to address a couple of tricky and challenging electrical issues that will require another service visit. I received proposals for the jobs very promptly and will proceed with the work very soon.

  Called twice and emailed back to Romans and got no response or call back trying to establish new service and maintenance plan. The bot answering the call was ok but human communication no so good.

  Couldn’t be more happier with the service. Spoke to a real person, scheduled an emergency visit and the engineer was dispatched immediately. Once here they diagnosed the problem straight away, gave me a clear fixed price before starting. Protective mats were put down, engineer wore shoe covers, everything was cleaned. After they had finished you could never tell they were there. Highly recommended.

  Sean Sanchez replaced a bathroom sink shutoff valve. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. His work was perfect and he knew exactly what we needed to solve the issue. Because of Sean’s good work and ability we will definitely consider Roman Home Services for any future issues!
