  We had some ancient electrical work that needed updating so we could continue to use our above ground pool. Not only did Mario address every issue but made it happen ultra quick so we could use the pool for a special birthday party and explained every step along the way . Great attitude as well ! Saved the day ! Highly recommend Mr Sparky

  Ray, Jim & Zack came to do some rewiring and install outlets in our 90+ year old home. They were quick & efficient, and cleaned everything up after they were done. They explained what they were doing and communicated throughout the job. They were also really careful with trying to preserve the original plaster, which we really appreciated. The amount of work required 2 days, and they worked with our availability to schedule.

  From making the appt for a new ceiling fan install, and addressing two faulty outlets (forgot the scheduling gals name) but she was helpful, polite and pleasant to talk with. Jim, the electrician, was on time, very knowledgeable, honest and very nice. Would recommend Mr Sparky services.

  I was looking for a electric company to come in and do some major work for me I discovered Mr sparky over the internet for the first time at first I was a little skeptical about the company never used them before but I am so glad that I chose them to do the major work for me highly recommend it there professional team the owner is just a good guy overall you will not be disappointed also they was able to save me $6,000 from the original quote from another company

  I called Mister Sparky on their emergency line because I was hearing a buzzing noise that I believed was coming from my electrical panel. It turned out to be buzzing from another source, but Josh still took the time during off-hours to walk me through diagnosing the problem and figure out whether or not I had an emergency on my hands. He also got me setup with an appointment the very next morning, which I appreciated. They were the only shop that called me back at all that night of the many I reached out to. Mario, the technician, was great and answered all of my questions clearly and from obvious experience. During the visit to check on the buzz, he assuaged my concerns but also pointed out that our panel was very old and deeply in need of replacement. After shopping around for the job, Mister Sparky came out ahead in both price and services offered. It's an expensive job, but they offered a very reasonable price based on the local market. Mario and Rick did a great job on the replacement, bringing all of our quirky older home's vestigial circuits into one lovely, new panel and upgrading our service in the process. The job was completed within the timeframe they suggested. They minimized cuts to drywall in our finished basement to run the ground (some had to be cut, which was unavoidable) and patched whatever they could with cover plates. They also went above-and-beyond to label our breakers properly, which was no simple task given the amount of weird, single-outlet circuits in our home. Overall, couldn't be happier with the service.
