- HRHolly RogeSep 9, 20261.0The customer service was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude and ignored me, leaving me to seek out assistance on my own. As I walked past several salespeople, they kept their heads down rather than acknowledging me or offering to help. When I finally asked someone a question, I received only minimal information, with no effort made to understand my project or what I needed. This would have been a $7000 order. Although I may have been dressed casually in jeans and a T-shirt, that should never determine the level of service a customer receives. I was prepared to make a significant purchase, but after this experience, I will take my business elsewhere. Another time I came in with an $3000 order and no one would take the time nor no one was available to help. Simply unacceptable. So I ordered direct from the manufacturer and not Ferguson

Yard, buildings, and bathroom are all organized and clean and very professional looking. Way better than the majority of other plumbing suppliers I've delivered to.
