  We worked with Rick and his team at Carpetland to pick out carpet for our project. Rick was very responsive to our questions and schedules. He did not push us in making a fast decision, in fact, he waited several weeks for us to make our final decision. The installation was efficient and cleanup was superb.

  I cannot thank these guys enough. Rick Jacobs helped us pick out just the right floors for our new home. He was very insightful and got us the right flooring and carpeting at the right price. We had to delay install until a level of construction was ready and he was more than understanding. The install guys were excellent and detail oriented. Our floors look great. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great job guys.

  Scott S. was extremely helpful. I had no idea where to start when I began my search for new carpet. I appreciated his advice which narrowed my search tremendously according to my needs & budget. Scott answered all of my concerns with the pros & cons specifically related to my household use.

  We had a very good experience working with Dave VanDorf to get new carpet installed in two bedrooms! He was very kind, patient, and helpful when it came to educating me about the different carpet types & the installation process, providing samples, and helping us get carpet installed quickly. I was very impressed that we were able to get carpet installed in less than a week from my initial visit to the store. I also appreciated the all in one pricing for the carpet, pad, and installation. I would recommend Carpetland to anyone and I look forward to using them for our future flooring needs.

  First, Ryan found the PERFECT LINOLEUM PATTERN FOR MY KITCHEN. I absolutely love it. The very efficient crew took care of adding a new cement sub floor, drying it, and then, perhaps by using magic, my floor is now so comfortable to walk on that i can’t even believe it!!! And the entire job was completed in record time! Just about 5 hours!!!If it pertains to your location, you should be aware that the fan that dries the new concrete is quite loud. So if you have an apartment with noise restrictions, you should be aware of that. I have also suggested that the company look into a better way to move a refrigerator, such as using a scaffolding platform on wheels. With that, it would have been so easy. So please discuss that ahead of time if you want full access to your fridge while they are working. I am grateful for all the kind attention to detail and the efficiency and excellence of my new floor. Thanks again, Ryan and Carpetland! Also, the guys at the store are the cutest group of young men I’ve ever seen in one room in my life!! please feel free to contact me if you want to know who the cutest guy is!
