  I had an excellent experience with carpetland in West Allis. I had carpet and LVP flooring installed. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable. I want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by the manager Michelle. I ran into an issue with the LVP flooring installation and Michelle (manager) stepped in immediately. She listened patiently, offered a fair solution, and went above and beyond to make things right. You can tell they care deeply about the customers and lead their team by stellar example. I will definitely be returning to this location! Michelle and Patrick once again thank you for the excellent service! I would recommend them to my friends and family.
