John at Carpetland helped us out so much when our carpet order was messed up. It was my fault on the order and John was always very helpful to make sure we got the carpet that we wanted for our house.

We had an incredible experience with Carpetland! From the start, our salesman Ryan was fantastic to work with—very responsive and helpful through every step of the process. We purchased both carpeting and laminate, and everything went smoothly.
Installation was equally impressive. The installers called ahead to let us know they were on their way, worked very cleanly, and the quality of the work was excellent. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Carpetland!
It was a pleasure working with Jacob at Carpetland. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing advice on types of carpet for stairs and also a good depth that would allow for clearance of all doors.

We had carpet installed in our basement and, overall, that first experience was fine. There were a few minor sloppy spots, but nothing major enough to complain about. Because the price was good and scheduling was easy, we decided to book them again for another room.
Unfortunately, the second experience has been completely different. The installation is very sloppy and, worse, it’s still not finished. The installer told us a trim piece had been ordered incorrectly and that the store would call us that same day to reschedule. No one called and we had to follow up ourselves.
From there, it only got more frustrating. We were told days later that the part was in and installation would happen the following Monday. Monday came and went with no call or show. After reaching out again, we were told the part had to be reordered because the color was wrong. Over the next week, we made multiple calls and were repeatedly told “we’ll call you back today,” which never happened.
We were finally given a new install date for first thing in the morning. I took time off work to be home, only to receive a text saying there was a scheduling issue and to go about my day. We still have no clear timeline for when this project will be completed, and we’ve been unable to get a manager to return our calls.
At this point, the poor communication, lack of follow through, and sloppy workmanship have been extremely disappointing. I would not use this company again and would recommend others look elsewhere
