  Although the "tune-up" appointment turned out to be much more than we anticipated, we were very happy that the technician was so thorough. He found several safety issues done by the previous service company (not A1 Garage Doors). It helps that 2 of the items replaced are covered by lifetime warranties. The technician explained all issues and offered options. He was so very friendly, a real people person. Hopefully we won't need service for a very long time, but if we do we'll be calling A1 again!

  I contacted A1 Garage Door Service and spoke with Deb who was friendly and got my scheduled immediately. A1 sent a technician out within an hour! Kevin, the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and considerate of my time. He diagnosed the issue, offered straightforward answers and pricing. He completed the repair the same day, without any delays and my garage door is now working perfectly! Kevin even went the extra mile and swept out the debris that had been accumulated on my garage floor. I highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service.

  We love these guys. Second time working with them, really lovely experience. Our technician Adam was really great. He arrived promptly at the start of the assigned window, calling in advance with an exact ETA. He explained really carefully and thoughtfully what was wrong, gave us multiple price point options for a fix and did not push any additional products or services on us. He also waited patiently while spouse and I conferred without rushing us. After efficiently completing the job, he had me inspect and try everything he had installed and explained thoroughly how it all worked. Throughout, really courteous, lovely demeanor and extremely friendly. Terrific technician and company, my #1 recommendation to anyone!

  Armon was great. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He came out on Sunday night, Mother’s Day, for an emergency call around 7 pm, and we truly appreciated A1 Garage Door helping us at such a late hour. Armon took the time to carefully inspect the issue, explain what was wrong with our garage door, and answer all of our questions clearly. He was very patient, thorough, and never made us feel rushed, even though he finished around 9:45 pm. Before leaving, he still made time to talk with me and explain everything he had done. We really appreciated Armon’s hard work, professionalism, and dedication. I would definitely recommend A1 Garage Door to anyone needing garage door service.

  I recently had a service appointment with A1 Garage Door Service and had a fantastic experience working with technician Justin Ryan. Justin arrived right on time, was extremely polite and professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing from the moment he started the job. He quickly installed a new bottom seal on my garage door as well as my new MyQ garage door keypad, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to work with a technician who is not only knowledgeable, but also respectful of your time and takes pride in doing quality work. I would absolutely recommend A1 Garage Door Service — and especially Justin Ryan — to anyone needing garage door service or installation work. Excellent experience all around, and I would definitely use them again in the future.
