  Had a great experience with Dave's Jones A/C technician Joshua. Got notified when he was coming, was very courteous and attentive to our needs. All told a great experience. Also sold us on getting their Advantage program.

  We selected Dave Jones because they were the HVAC, plumbing, etc. contractor involved in the initial construction of our condo so we appreciated they knew the design and inner workings of our unit. Plus we also liked that they offered an ongoing maintenance plan which includes discounts on services and callout fees. Our dishwasher plumbing pipe was clogged causing water to flow out of the air gap when used. We’ve had this problem before a couple years ago and a different plumbing company serviced us. Dave Jones’ plumber completely removed the clogged pipe and cleaned it of the grease and “gunk” buildup. The other company’s plumber never removed the pipe. We feel Dave Jones’ plumber did a much more thorough job. We also had Dave Jones’ plumber look at the sink and tub faucets in a bathroom. They ordered a replacement sink faucet part which was still under warranty and explained the other options for the tub. We were very pleased with the explanations given for all the work done and with the quick and timely service provided. We even appreciated that they wore booties over their shoes to help protect our floors.
