We recently had our shower updated by Mad City Baths. We couldn't be happier! Our shower took a little longer to do because the subfloor had to be replaced due to age and to get it straight. This was not due to anything that Mad City did, it was from years ago when we had a private contractor remodel our bathroom. It was all still finished in 1 day. The first 3 pictures are before of our old shower.

We had our walk in shower replaced. The work exceeded our expectation. The installer Kyle and the Master Plumber did an outstanding job.

They have their sales people soliciting door to door desperately during dinner time.

Our experience with Mad City Windows was disappointing. They were our first quote, and Jacob was initially very friendly and professional. However, the sales process quickly became uncomfortable. Our initial quote was around $50,000, which was then reduced to $42,000 and eventually $30,000 after we expressed that we felt the price was too high. We were told the $30,000 price was only available for three hours. When we explained that we wanted to get a few more quotes and think it over, we felt the sales approach became increasingly pushy. Despite this, we were actually considering moving forward with Mad City. A few hours after Jacob left, my husband texted him—as Jacob had instructed us to do—with a few additional questions and asked him to call. Jacob read the message but never responded. Ironically, Mad City has continued calling and texting us repeatedly over the past two weeks offering to lower the price even further. When a quote can go from $50,000 to $42,000 to $30,000 (but only for 3 hours) and then potentially even lower, it makes it very difficult to feel confident that the original pricing was transparent or fair. For a purchase this significant, we expected straightforward pricing and a low-pressure sales experience. Instead, we felt pressured to make a quick decision and were left questioning the consistency of the pricing. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before making a decision and not falling for the high pressure sales tactic.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Mad City Windows. The entire process went smoothly from the initial sales discussion all the way through installation. Every person we were in contact with throughout the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were taken care of. Yes, the windows are slightly more costly compared to a few competitors but at the end of the day we saw the value and we are happy with the decision we made.
