I had a new system installed a couple of weeks ago and had to call within a few days because the tank was not filling up and it kept cycling and draining water. I called as soon as I noticed the issue and was told that it would be over a week before anyone could come out to look at it. This is a newly purchased property so I have no functional drinking or eating water. Very disappointing because even though I expressed my desire to get the issue resolved, I still have no water and no attempts were made to find an opening or make an exception for the appointment to come out and look at the broken system.

Al arrived on time at our home in River Hills. Changed the pre-filter for water softener and serviced RO. Also helped to problem solve our water feed to ice cube maker. Thanks Al. Good job!

Water Doctors came to my house to fix a Kenetico system that had stopped working after 21 years. I was informed of their arrival time, and given a picture of who would be arriving. They arrived on time, quickly fix the problem, and left my place as neat as when they found it. I would recommend water Doctors highly. I am in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Andy came out to Genoa City to check our system after having some issues with possible debris clogging things up. Water doctors was very attentive on the day of the initial issue even though it was a Sunday and helped us get to the point of being able to use our system. Andy is always very nice and explains everything so well. He got our system running top notch and helped us figure out our best next steps. Very grateful for the awesome services

Just had my new water softener installed. I appreciated the good communication leading up to my appointment and up front pricing. Elliot was prompt and professional and walked me through everything when he was done, so I know what to expect. Thank you!! Edit: Unfortunately, I have to edit my original review. Everything seemed great initially. I scrubbed and descaled everything that had build up on it, including pretty much all of my dishwasher, dishes, showers, sinks, etc. but within a few weeks, I noticed that my water was extremely hard again, and it tested at 21 grains, which means that no softening was happening. I’d been out of town for a good portion of time moving kids into colleges, or I would have noticed sooner. Upon discovering that my softener was doing nothing, I called and made an appt for service. There was no apology or explanation. He just said that sometimes there can be some “gunking up” after a new unit is installed, so i took the soonest appt for a week and half later, which felt really long, but I was also having a cold water line installed at the same time, so I just figured that’s why it took so long. On the day of them servicing my unit, sept 3, it had been a over a month since I signed my contract and I still didn’t have soft water…not to mention that I knew I would have to descale everything again. However, I was so happy to finally be done with hard water, that I didn’t even care that much that the unit was originally set up wrong, and “gunking up” wasn’t the problem. Fast forward to today, and I noticed, again, that my water felt a little hard. I tested it at multiple faucets and indeed, it was 8 grains of hardness for cold and 4-5 for hot. After running a regen cycle, the cold tested at 0-1 as it should. This means that, again, the system was calibrated incorrectly. After calling, it will be another 10 days before someone can come out. Again, it was a courteous conversation, but it still didn’t contain an apology…just an “I understand how you feel” answer to my lament about having to wait so long and just wanting soft water. I’m frustrated because I dealt with this several times with our old culligan dual tank system, and I replaced a 10 year old unit that was fixable with a new unit from water doctors because I was tired of the inconsistency and was assured that this would not happen with the new dual tank unit that I purchased. I just want my new $5000 water softener to work. It has one job! Is that so hard? (Pun intended)
