- MBMelinda BrownSep 18, 20265.0This was the second time i had My New Floors do carpeting in my home. My carpet is beautiful and installed quickly and beautifully. The first time was 4 years ago and my carpet is still perfect. Just redid 2 bedrooms and expect the same quality. Mike is quick to respond to questions and Smyth issues. The installers do quality work, very friendly and clean up after. Definitely will use them again.
- SDSharon DotsonSep 16, 20265.0Great to work with! Very professional. Install of LVP is great. I highly recommend this company.
- JOJessica OlberdingSep 1, 20265.0We worked with Tom and he made our process so easy especially being out of town. He provided us all of our options and he had the best options after getting multiple quotes. He even got us our necessary trim and everything all at a fair price . We got two sets of stairs and two levels of our home completely redone. Throughout the process, they were very easy to communicate with and Mike checked in a few times as well. The work was done quickly and thoroughly and Mike did a final walk-through and they were very critical of the work to make sure it was done well. I would highly recommend their service.
