- PGPeter GJun 25, 20261.0I had this quoted, contracted, scheduled early in the year with Todd at Garrett. Then he postponed for weather, ok. Then other contracts took priority (not ok), and then I got my 3rd install date but no one arrived. No communication at all and no response to email or phone calls. I gave up, cancelled the work and contracted another company. If you contract with Garrett, set a date for completion in the contract that includes a late delivery penalty. Hopefully, he will at least call you back if he bails out.

The job was done in a timely fashion and the crew was meticulous about construction and cleaning up. We were very pleased with the new drive and retaining wall and the nice people who built it.
