  Owner and the receptionist/secretary/billing individual flat out lie about fees. Also the only way they communicate is through texting. Would not recommend!

  These guys are great. They installed a shower door for us a few years ago and everything went great. A couple guys came out and had it done in a couple hours. The door looks awesome and their pricing was great. I recently had to stop in to their shop to pick up a new plastic door sweep that wore out and got gross, and they took care of us during that experience also. No brainer to use these folks for your projects.

  We worked with Nick in fall 2024 on a VERY custom steam shower project for our master bath. We had specific requirements for the materials and layout, of our own design. We did not use a contractor. I am quite sure that I made Nick's job pretty challenging, insisting on a hard-to-find gunmetal finish for all of the hardware (hinges, handles, hooks, brackets). He had to hunt all over the country for different suppliers that carried the finish I wanted AND had the quality and durability he knew I would want. Further, I wanted the shower door to swing in and out, and be framelss. Somehow, he designed the door and side glass perfectly to fit in our new porcelain tiled shower. It is so perfect, that despite begin frameless, it flawlessly contains the steam that our generator pumps into the shower. I waited more than a year to write this review, because everything looks great at first, and what really counts is if it stands the test of time. Well, the quality of materials and workmanship was apparantly superb, because it is still in perfect shape. Nothing is sagging or degrading in any way. Nick was always professional, polite and responsive. He always made me feel like his #1 customer, even though I know he was busy with much bigger projects than mine. I would not hesitate to use BGS in the future for a glass project that had to be perfect.
