  We chose Y’s flooring because we wanted to be local so we stopped in the Watertown store. We had great customer service to help pick out carpet. The ordering process and estimate all went great! Then the installation process started, the tech showed up way later then stated but that was fine things happen and the store called to let me know! The gentleman ripped up all the carpet in the 2 bedrooms and our stairs, pretty quick. He ended up finishing the 2 bedrooms that day, he made a pretty big scuff mark on our bedroom wall which we just had painted! He told us he would come back the next day to finish the stairs, said he would text me by 10:30 in the morning to let me know a time. Noon rolled around the next day and I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called the store. Who reached out to the tech who said he wouldn’t be coming that day or Friday. I was told they didn’t know when they would be coming back, my response was well the stairs are ripped up and all the tacks were still on them. It took my husband calling to get someone the next day to finish the job. They were very nice and finished up quickly, but the carpet is coming up on the top stairs wasn’t glued down. One of our cats was injured on the stairs due to all the tacks being left down, cost us a $300 trip to the vet and an injured tail. I never write reviews as I don’t like to complain but this experience just was not what we expected!

  I recently purchased an old home and needless to say the floors are not very level which limited my flooring options. I worked with sales rep Erik who was very accommodating and honest about what they could and couldn't do which was extremely helpful. The installers were professional, timely, and worked very hard which greatlyappreciated. Would reccomend

  They installed a bamboo floor. Everything went perfect and couldn’t be more happy with the people who work there. Good experience all around.

  I had family room carpeted by Y's way a couple weeks ago. Workers did a great job of installation and cleaned up everything when done. Price was reasonable. Can't comment on the installers as I was not home. Thank you

  We had a week to pick out flooring and paint before moving into our new home. We were able to pick out carpeting from YsWay selection of stock, and the carpet was laid before the movers arrived. The vinyl was laid soon after. Fast efficient service by installers who were polite, careful and trustworthy. We would recommend YsWay for their service and selection of products. Just ask for Mike Yenser.
