  Dan was super great to work with, great at communicating and great at getting the work done well. Really appreciated his knowledge and insight as well. Will definitely use Thielmann again in the future!

  TL;DR: outstanding company, just more expensive than I was braced for. So - these guys are great: I had some leaky gas pipes at my house. WE energies marked the leaks. I called Thielman to come fix because of great Google review score. Phone tree worked fine, Great communication, super fast response time, technician Kyle was excellent and early, the job was done very well. The reason for not 5 stars is simply the cost. The invoice after I paid revealed the hourly rate of the single technician was $353/hr and it took 3 hrs. This seemed excessively high as a rate, and I was moderately upset about it. Prolly was going to leave a 3 star review, but I reached out to see if anything could be done and a semi-senior back-office guy called me and gave me a decent amount of time in an honest chat, explaining that he would not reduce the cost, but explaining why, and framing it against the pricing structures of some competitors. While the $$ still stung, the decency of a good human chat (not AI!) took away the bitterness - so: 4 stars. For super urgent things: I’ll call them again For things that can wait a bit: I’ll look for a more mom and pop shop.

  I was so impressed by how knowledgeable Paul and Max were. They were able to fix my hose bib and gave me an estimate for a few other items. I was able to get on the schedule pretty quickly. I definitely will be reaching out and requesting these two for any of my future plumbing needs!
