- TDTim DuerrMay 9, 20265.0Had trouble with my new Lennox system when they did a trial run on the a/c after the weather was warmer to test run the air. Tree was trouble with the system communication between air and zone and furnace. Scott M. Work with the Lennox company and figured out the problem with the main board. Scoot M. Figured out the problem and did the fix for proper functioning of the complete Lennox system. Thank you Scott and I recommend that Scott receive' s employee of the month. Thank you Tim D.

So everyone I have delt with in regards to the new furnace and air conditioner install has been great. I wish I could remember all their names. The women on the phones were great to
